Our recruitment process

At ENGIE Digital, we attach great importance to the opinions of each team member about potential new recruits.

Depending on your profile, you will meet members of your future team, but also experts from our technical communities and the Human Resources team.

Furthermore, ENGIE Digital uses different types of tests, depending on the profiles recruited: technical test, English test, personality and motivation tests.
